You can delete your Drunker account at any time without any explanation. After deletion, your profile becomes invisible to other users immediately.
How to delete your account in the app

Open the Drunker app and go to the"Profile"tab in the bottom navigation menu.

Select the"Settings"menu item.

Scroll to the very bottom of the settings screen and tap the"Delete Account"button (next to the trash can icon 🗑️).

Select one of the mandatory reasons for deletion and tap"Continue".

Optionally write a feedback (what we should correct) on the next screen.

Tap the"DELETE AND LEAVE" text link at the very bottom of the screen to confirm.
Important: account deletion is permanent. It is not possible to restore your profile, photos, matches, or chat history after deletion.
What happens on the server after deletion
Immediately — your profile status is set to "DELETED", the account is deactivated, and the profile disappears from the recommendation feed, becoming inaccessible to other users.
Data anonymization — your email, phone number, and username are immediately anonymized on the server using a timestamped identifier (e.g.,
deleted_1716712345_email@domain.com).Session revocation — all active sessions and refresh tokens are immediately deleted, resulting in instant logout on all your devices.
Feedback storage — the selected reason and detailed feedback are stored in anonymized format to improve our service.
Within 30 days — full removal of chat history, cancellation of scheduled meetings, and removal of matches.
Within 90 days — full physical removal of data from database backups.
5 years — payment receipts and transaction records are retained in accordance with Estonian law requirements.
Subscriptions and payments
Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To stop auto-renewal, cancel your subscription separately in Apple or Google settings before deleting your account.
iOS: Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions → Drunker → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Drunker → Cancel.
Previously paid features and subscriptions are non-refundable.
