1. Age Restrictions
Drunker is intended exclusively for users over 18 years old.
If it is established that an account was created by a person under 18, access to the app may be restricted or terminated.
2. Responsible Use and Alcohol Disclaimer
The Drunker app does not sell alcoholic beverages and is not a platform for the commercial trade of alcohol.
We do not organize the sale, delivery, or distribution of any alcoholic beverages.
The app does not encourage excessive, hazardous, or illegal consumption of alcohol. All information in the app is provided solely for information and social connection purposes.
Users independently make decisions regarding meetings, shared leisure, and alcohol consumption.
Drunker App OÜ is not responsible for the amount, safety, or consequences of alcohol consumption during physical meetings between users.
Users are required to strictly adhere to local legislation regarding age and other restrictions on the consumption and purchase of alcohol in their jurisdiction.
3. About the App
Drunker is a social app for communication and shared leisure between adults.
We strive to create a friendly and safe environment, but we cannot guarantee:
matching expectations between users;
effectiveness of communication;
behavior of other users outside the app.
4. Account and Rules of Conduct
We ask users to:
provide truthful and up-to-date information;
treat each other with respect;
use the app honestly and for its intended purpose.
Impermissible in Drunker:
fraud and scams;
aggressive, offensive, or intrusive behavior;
misleading other users.
5. Safety of Offline Meetings
We strive to create a safe communication environment, however, Drunker App OÜ does not verify the authenticity of all profiles, personal data, or user photos.
Any offline meetings and interactions between users outside of the app are at their own risk. Users bear personal responsibility for their safety.
We strongly recommend meeting new people exclusively in public places (cafes, bars, restaurants), informing friends or family about your plans, and arranging your own transportation to and from the meeting.
The app provides features to block and report profiles. Any suspicious activity, fraud, or threats will result in an immediate account ban.
6. Content Moderation and Reports
The app employs a system of automatic and manual moderation of user-generated content (UGC).
All photos, profile texts, and abuse reports undergo automatic filtering and manual verification by moderators.
We review user reports on a priority basis.
Drunker App OÜ reserves the right to remove any inappropriate, abusive, illegal, or sexually explicit content without prior notice.
Accounts of users who systematically violate community rules or receive justified reports are subject to temporary or permanent suspension.
7. Paid Features and Subscriptions
Paid features or subscriptions may be available in the app.
Important to consider:
payment is made through the App Store or Google Play;
deleting the app or account does not cancel an active subscription;
paid features are non-refundable, including cases of account blocking or termination of access to the app.
8. Access Restriction
We try to avoid blockings, but in some cases they are necessary to protect the community.
Access to the account may be restricted or terminated if:
the user is under 18 years old;
the terms of this Agreement are violated;
fraudulent actions or causing harm to other users are recorded.
In these cases, refunds for paid services are not provided.
9. User Responsibility
All acquaintances, correspondence, and meetings resulting from using the app are carried out by the users' personal decision.
Drunker is not responsible for offline interactions, decisions, and actions of users.
10. Disclaimer
The Drunker app is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee the results of acquaintances, communication, or interactions between users and are not responsible for the actions, decisions, or behavior of other users.
Use of the app, as well as any interactions both within the app and beyond, are carried out at your own risk.
11. Apple and Google Platforms
Payment and subscription management are regulated by the rules of the App Store and Google Play.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this Agreement and are not responsible for the operation of the Drunker app.
12. Update of Terms
We may from time to time update this User Agreement to improve the app and ensure user safety.
By continuing to use Drunker after updating the terms, you agree to their new edition.
13. Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve any issues and disagreements calmly and humanely.
If you have complaints or questions related to using the app, please contact us directly first.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is subject to resolution in accordance with the applicable law of the country of registration of the App owner.
All disputes are considered individually and are not combined with the claims of other users.
14. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Drunker app, including design, texts, logos, interface, and functionality, belong to the App owner or are used on legal grounds.
The user is granted a personal, limited right to use the app exclusively within its functional purpose.
Copying or using elements of the app without permission is prohibited.
15. User Content
Users may post their own content in the app (photos, texts, profile descriptions).
By posting content, the user confirms that:
they have the right to use it;
the content does not violate the rights of third parties;
the content complies with the app rules.
The user grants Drunker the right to store, display, and use such content exclusively within the operation of the app.
16. Account Deletion
The user can at any time delete their account through the app settings.
At the same time:
deleting the account or app does not cancel an active subscription;
previously paid features are non-refundable.
17. Technical Availability
We strive to ensure stable operation of the app, but the following are possible:
technical failures;
updates;
temporary unavailability of the service.
We do not guarantee continuous operation of the app, but we are constantly working on its improvement.
18. Privacy
We respect your privacy.
Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
19. Transfer of Rights
In case of reorganization, sale of the app, or transfer of rights to a third party, the rights and obligations under this Agreement may be transferred to the new owner within the framework of current legislation.

21. Final Provisions
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
This User Agreement applies from the moment you start using the Drunker app and is valid throughout the entire period of its use.
