The Drunker mobile application (com.drunker.main), developed and operated by Drunker App OÜ
(registered address: Tornimäe tn 5, Tallinn, 10145, Estonia (EE)), is intended exclusively for adult users 18 years of age and older
1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Drunker App OÜ strictly and unconditionally prohibits any content, behavior, or activity related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including:
any images, videos, or sexually explicit material involving persons under 18 years of age;
sexual communication or messaging with minors;
any form of grooming, manipulation, or coercion targeting minors;
organizing, facilitating, or promoting the sexual exploitation of children;
sharing, distributing, or storing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Violations of these rules result in immediate account suspension, content removal, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

2. Age Restrictions and Verification
Registration in the Drunker app is available only to individuals 18 years and older. Users confirm their age during registration. If we become aware that an account was registered by a minor, we immediately delete that account and all associated data.
3. In-App Reporting and Support Mechanism
3.1. How to report another user
Any user can report inappropriate content, underage accounts, or policy violations directly from another user's profile or chat:
In the chat window or on the user's profile, tap the menu icon (three vertical dots ⁝ in the top right corner).
Select "Report".
Select a mandatory violation category (e.g., "Inappropriate behavior", "Harassment", "Spam", "Fake profile", "Obscene content", or "Other").
Tap "Continue".
On the next step, you can optionally write a detailed description of the incident and attach up to 5 photos or screenshots for proof.
Tap "Submit". The report is immediately forwarded to the moderation team.
3.2. How to contact support inside the app
For general questions, technical issues, or safety assistance:
Go to the "Profile" tab in the bottom navigation menu of the app.
Select the "Support" menu item.
Describe your issue or report in the message text field.
If necessary, attach screenshots or files (up to 5 attachments).
Tap the "Submit" button. A support ticket (chat) will be automatically created.
4. Moderation and Response
The Drunker App OÜ team reviews all reports of potential child safety violations on a priority basis.
Where necessary, we:
immediately suspend the suspected account;
remove the relevant content;
report the matter to law enforcement and/or to the NCMEC CyberTipline as required by applicable law.
